Geocache Description:

Click to go to the Mega Scotland web site

Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park has numerous marked pathways for various abilities meandering their way through the trees. Some are suitable for bikes and horse riders. This is a cache children might enjoy as it takes them exploring off the main path through the trees, although there are no swaps this time. It is not too far away from the Jubilee carpark. A camera would be a bonus here.

Listen for the call of wild birds, there are many different varieties to be found feasting on the insects and berries. If you look carefully you may even see the Chirpy Chaffinch, or the friendly Bertie Bluetit. They are very playful and enjoy having their photo's taken.

This cache is on the edge of the wood not far from a well defined track but may be a bit muddy after the recent rains. Pick your way carefully over towards the cache, keeping a look out all the time for those friendly birds.

Cache is a 1.1 ltr box, but the contents remain part of the cache, there are no swaps this time.

This cache is one of many to be hidden gradually from now until the Mega 2010 Perth. A series of caches to be hidden right in the heart of Perthshire Big Tree Country. More information can be found by clicking on the banner and the website above.
