Dieser ruhige Ort bietet sich geradezu an, um einen Geocache zu verstecken und hoffentlich zu finden. Nimm dir Zeit und genieße Landschaft und Natur. Obwohl es zu römischen Zeiten hier noch keine Brücke gegeben haben dürfte, soll der Name Pontifex an die Zunft der Brückenbauer erinnern. Außerdem sollte er eine Hommage an einen Geocacher sein, der an dieser Stelle mit dem Virus des Dosensuchens und –versteckens infiziert wurde.

This tranquil place is perfect for hiding and hopefully finding a geocache. Take your time to enjoy landscape & nature. It is not very likely that there has been a bridge on this site during Roman times. However the name Pontifex" should remind you of the old Roman bridge-builders. It is dedicated to a geocacher who caught the "geocaching-bug" on this very place.
