Geocache Description:

Another entrance to the very pretty village of Alrewas. If you have time, have a wander around the Village, there are some lovely buildings from a variety of time periods although most are now residential, from the house names, some clearly indicate their previous incarnations

You are now entering the Village of Alrewas, a smallish village but hosting a wide variety of local facilities from the local pub, post office, tea room, small supermarket, restaurant, butcher greengrocer and pharmacy, as well as a few other small commercial businesses.

The Village also has an interesting chruch and of course the canal. The cache is also very near the public park where you can allow your geokids and geohounds to let off a bit of steam

Local transport (Arriva 7 Lichfield to Burton,) has several stopping points in the Village. You can park very nearby if you bring your car

You will need your own writing implements
