Geocache Description:

A micro cache situated within an old mill building on the Perth Lade between Huntingtowerfield and Ruthvenfield.

Easy terrain, however relatively high step required to get to cache area.

First cache: have fun!

Writing implement required due to size of cache.

This is our first cache and could be considered a "homage" to Orbital Fracture's "Town Lade" Cache (GC28A3T) which was our first find!!

Situated within an old mill building which used to be driven by the Perth Lade back when it was a predominant resource for Perth's local industries.
The building itself is in a state of disrepair and would appear to have been abandoned some considerable time ago.
Building
Suitable for cycles and cars, however pushchairs and wheelchairs not recommended due to the large step up into the building.

Just a quick safety note for this one: there is no need to climb over any machinery to recover the cache. Hopefully some people will want to explore the building, but please be careful so as not to injure yourself!
Danger!
Please take care as this cache is situated on a country road which has a 60mph speed limit and is frequented by delivery drivers and agricultural vehicles.

Congratulations to Cookster for FTF, twomax was nipping at your heels by the sounds of it!

Edit 25/04/2012. Well, looks like somebody has found the cache and decided to throw it away (muggle?) so have replaced and re-hidden...new clue!
