A special cache for February 29 2012. Please do not look for it till February 29, There is a prize for FTF who can prove (email me with photos etc, without cheating please) it was found on that day. Any finds before Feb 29 cannot 'claim' FTF - well they won't get my prize - and no prize if FTF is March 1 or after
