Oh No! #3 - Let's Go! Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

LaTomate: I'm archiving this series since I'm no longer in Dundee to maintain the cache and it requires some work.

Furthermore, one of the caches is not in a suitable location anymore and another was in a location which will soon have some construction done.

Geocache Description:

The cache is part of a series, set up with help from gingerino and Xeanni! The hint found in cache #2 will help you find this one

This cache is not at the coordinates but is close by. Please bring pen and paper since this cache contains the hint to help you find #4!

EDIT: due to having disabled cache #2, the hint will now reveal what was on the card found in the that cache.

Description

For a longer description of the series, please read the entry for the first cache of the series (GC3F1GW: Oh No! #1 - The trapdoor.)

We continue our tour of the games industry with a visit to where it all started - the site where Lemmings was developed! The coordinates take you to the odd looking pink building on the Nethergate which today is a Thai Restaurant (and a good one too!).

Developed by DMA Design (wonderful history of the company here) and published by Psygnosis, this game was launched on Valentine's day, 1991 - so the 20th anniversary of the game has just passed. To mark this occasion the original founding members of DMA unveiled a plaque (since disappeared?) at this very spot

Extreme stealth required!! We've upped the difficulty because this is a very busy part of Dundee town centre, day and night.

In the cache you'll find a small card with the hint that'll help you find the last cache in the series. Please leave it in the cache and Happy hunting!
