FerdlTheScout: Tja. Das war ein kurzes Vergnuegen, leider. Wer rechnet auch mit einem Jahrhunderthochwasser.
Das Museum hat nicht mehr aufgesperrt.

Evtl. gibt's kommendes Jahr eine Neuauflage mit geaendertem Listing.

Es wird zwar wohl nie wer lesen, aber: DANKE an den unbekannten Finder der Dose, welcher diese
bei den Aufraeumarbeiten gut sichtbar wo platziert hat, so dass ich sie mehr als eine Woche
spaeter bergen konnte. :-)

Kurzer Multi-cache beim Schärdinger Granitmuseum. Short multi-cache at the granite museum in Schärding (English description - see below)

Seit einiger Zeit gibt es in Schärding beim Wassertor das Granitmuseum. Hier erfährst du einiges über die Geschichte der Stadt und der Schifffahrt auf dem Inn. Weiters werden Werke lokaler Bildhauer und Künstler - vorwiegend aus Granit ;-) - ausgestellt.

Die Öffnungszeiten sind:

20. März bis 31. Oktober 2013
Täglich von 10 bis 18 Uhr

Granite Museum

There has been a granite museum in Schärding near the Wassertor for quite a while. There you can learn about the history of Schärding as well as shipping on the river Inn. Furthermore there is an exhibition of art - mostly made of granite ;-) - by local sculptors and artists.

The opening hours are:

20th of March until October 31st, 2013
Open daily from 10am until 6pm
