Kleiner Hilfcache für Sektor 83

Für den normalen Cacher ist dieser Cache ein einfacher Statistik-Cache ohne wirklich große Herausforderung. Derjenige allerdings, der sich als Ziel gesetzt hat, den Challenge-Cache Weser-Ems 360° (GC4TZ1H) zu erfüllen, findet hier einen kleinen Cache im eher dünn bestückten Sektor 83.
