Geocache Description:

Something is fishy about this park. Find out why.

This park used to be one of the most popular swimming holes in the county. In the summer, throngs of people came every day to swim and dive off the cliffs. It is a beautiful place with scenic waterfalls and 76 types of trees, some of them very large. The county has spent BIG BUCKS recently fixing this place up. Find out why few people ever go here anymore. Something is pretty fishy about it.

Write down the year on the sign bearing the park's name. Let C = the year. Now go to the next sign and write down the fishy ordinance number that keeps people away. In your cache report please state what you think of this idea. Let R be a whole number equal to the last two digits of the ordinance.
