My Front Yard Cache and Travel Bug Hotel

Notice: This cache will be archived at the end of October!

There's nothing particularly special or challenging about this cache or the location, besides the fact that it's in my front yard! (Easy maintenance!) It's a good place to drop off Travel Bugs, if you're travelling through town. (If you're looking to send your T.B. away from Raleigh, check out the RDU Travel Bug Hotel near the airport.)

If I'm home, I usually like to say hello when I see people out there. The dog "Loki" is sometimes tied up in the front yard. She's a very nice dog and gets so excited when strangers come into the yard that she practically pees on herself. So be sure to pet her!

I have been getting reports that the cache gets jammed in its hiding spot. It will come out quite easily when done the right way. If it gets turned the wrong way, it gets stuck. Reach in and push UP on the bottom of the container with your left hand and grab the top of the container with your right.

In the interest of the privacy of my neighbors, I have to make this easy and say that my house is #617. Please stay off my neighbors' property! They all know about the cache and its location, but I don't want to annoy them too much.

The cache is in my front yard somewhere, so you won't need to go onto the porch or in the backyard. Also, please hunt only in the daytime! Parking on the street is "No Parking 8am-5pm Mon-Fri" but the enforcement is sporadic. You'll probably be done in minutes and not ever see them.
