A rather easy micro in a beautiful area.
Thanks to jackcachenc and his (non) Evil Seed Cache the geocachers of the Triangle area (and others) get to see a really beautiful place. It can also be considered a contrast of times and construction types. In addition to the new and the old there are two beautiful old post Civil War mansions, one you can see and another that is across the road in the trees. Apparently, we are told, two relatives owned these mansions and competed in everything including the appearance of their abodes. One would make an improvement and the other would top it. You can easily see who won. We had considered buying the one that didn't win about 12 years ago when it was up for sale. The selling price was horrendous because of the fact it would have taken twice that amount to restore it so we decided against it. It sure has enormous potential though if one had a million dollars. We think you will really enjoy this area if you take time to look around. The cache should be easy. It is a replacement bison tube like the one we took out of Jack's Evil Seed Cache so thank him for this cache. Good luck
