Geocache Description:

An uphill walk in managed woodlands, footpaths most of the way. There is a small pond south of the cache which is hidden so please watch that the young ones don't run off.

Tarsappie and Moncrieffe Hills are managed by the Woodland Trust, with waymarker posts along the way. A popular area for dog walkers, and picnics. Look out for red squirrels along the way.

From the cache you look over Craigend and the south of Perth, the tower you see in the hillside is the air shaft for the railway tunnel that passes under Burden Hill.

Parking is at N56.21.460/W003.22.347.

Cache contains log book, pencil, stamp and Ink.

Letterboxing.

In the cache box you will find a Rubber Stamp and an Ink Pad - these are the signature for this cache. Please take an imprint of the stamp for yourself if you wish to collect them in your own personal notebook. Then leave an imprint of your own personal stamp in the cache log book (if you have one), or simply sign as a traditional log book.

Stamp and Ink remains part of the cache but it might be an idea to carry your own Ink Pad in case the one provided should dry up.
