Geocache Description:


Distant perspectives, perspective distances allows you to have a break at the best side of the Tay Bridge...Fife!
At the parking co-ordinates, you can stop and have a drink or snack from the modern Kiosk. There are toilets there and plenty of benches around on the grassed areas for a seat in the Fife sunshine. Feel like some sea air? Walk or cycle to Dundee and back. Many people now commute by parking here and using the bridge on foot. Unlike most bridges, the footpath is raised above the roadway and is in the centre of the two roads.
There is also a memorial to those who died building the Tay Road Bridge in the 1960's. The Bridge is noteable for it's straight deck, which slopes downward to the Toll plaza at Dundee.
A monolithic support pillar is placed in the roundabout at the Fife end. There is also a Fife information plaque near the memorial.

Now, the cache... You have the opportunity to view the sculptures by Shaeron Averbuch. A small one is nearby, follow the path to the others and the cache!
