Directions : From Daresbury Expressway take Astmoor exit. Follow
the Brown signs and cross Manchester Ship Canal at Old Quay Swing
Bridge, then carry on into the car park
The cache can be found by walking along well made paths and
there is no need to stray off these paths until the final 50ft or
so at each stage
The published Co-ords are for the first stage
The first two parts are small containers capable of holding
small T.Bs or Geocoins, the finale is a medium sized Ammo box. The
walk should take approx 1hr from start to finish but there is
plenty of exploring to be done around here
The cache is full of great goodies, please feel free to take
anything you want.
The final stage is well hidden, please ensure that it is
replaced in the same way for obvious reasons...thanks
As always please keep this place litter free and clean up after
your four legged friends
Also there is water nearby so please take care especially
with any little people
This is a beautiful new park so lets keep it that way.
Also a big thank you to Ian Collins who is the Parks and
Countryside Assistant Manager who has kindly given us the go-ahead
for the caches in this area.
