Memo to
Workers:
As you may or may
not know, formal ownership and operational control has been given
to me as a result of the contest I won, fair and square, regardless
of the fizzy drinks incident. As such, I have formally taken over
as both CEO as well as COO and all further directives will come
from me alone; you are instructed to disregard any standing
instructions by the former owner.
I have examined
both the financials of the operation as well as the physical plant
(separately from the original tour), and have found serious issues.
While it is a great cost savings to the company that the bulk of
you are not being paid, the physical plant itself is not optimized
for maximum product output. As an example: I remember the first
time I saw several areas of the factory, especially the Chocolate
Room, and was absolutely aghast at the waste of both space and
resources; mixing chocolate by waterfall is neither efficient nor
sanitary.
If we are going to
maximize profits, significant changes must be made. The first, and
likely most significant change, will be that the plant will be
completely gutted and rebuilt so as to output product in the most
modern and efficient methods available. I am currently seeking out
other locations we can use to base our future on.
I have found what I
believe to be a suitable model for our operations at the
coordinates located above. I would appreciate it if a number of you
visit and give a report of its suitability for both its efficiency
and product quality.
Remember, more
product, more profits; that is a golden ticket we can all
share.
C. Bucket,
Esq.
P.S. I want to
congratulate Wheels00 on being the first to report his findings. I
expect to see his report on my desk first thing
tomorrow.
