"This cache is the 77th Daughter from the "Mother Cache" in North Wales.
Pirates Treasure 40.

This cache is the forth in a series which takes you around the Ancient City of Kaunos (ACK) and will either be the start or the end of the Pirates trail which links our other caches together all the way back to our Waterfall cache near Koycegiz at the North end of the lake and the Amazing Castle series. There is a marked path out behind the Amphitheatre which will ake you uphill to the castle wall Cache and then this daughter cache.

This series "The Pirates Trail" will be around 30 caches following the West shoreline of Lake Koycegiz. This lake is around 12.5kms in length and 4kms wide and at the time of hiding this cache there had been very heavy rainfall over a prolonged period which had raised the water level in the lake by 1 metre, an awful lot of water considering the size of the lake, parts of Koycegiz and tourist locations like the Sultaniye Mudbaths were flooded as a result, local elders say that it has been 45 years since they last saw anything like it.
