Beware the one-way streets if you are driving to this cache. Beware
also the tree cover, it plays havoc with the GPS readings.
Because this cache is on public land and the previous cache kept
being emptied by non cachers it is camouflaged and it is well
hidden - please keep it that way, otherwise it may be spotted by
passers-by and get unneccessarily wet. It is highly recommended you
take a torch.
This is not a 5 minute cache due to the poor GPS signal and
potential double ups with hints. But shouldn't take longer than 15
minutes. Please ensure that there is absolutely no-one watching you
while you retrieve the cache!
This could be Auckland's original Hard Rock Cache, eh?
Thanks to Beauty and the Beast for rescuing this cache from the
self-appointed cache spoiler.
Another TB (Moosie's Jackalope) has gone missing. It may be safer
not to leave TBs here as they seem to get stolen.
Those who want to spoil the fun have struck again and this time
Ross & Marion Smith (rosmar) have re-positioned the cache to
keep the spot alive, as it is well worth a visit. Thanks Ross &
Marion.
