Botanic Garden Battery (Wellington) Traditional Geocache
Darryn: I have checked the cache today after reading a could not find log.
Unfortunately the cache has been stolen - and even worse it had contained a travel bug. Its a real shame as this is my first cache that has deliberately been taken and I am a bit disappointed.

Wellington Botanic Gardens. Terrain depends on track taken. Can also be accessed via Cable Car. Great views of Wellington harbour and lots to see and do.
Due to the first cache being entombed by concrete in recent construction of the new battery memorial I have replaced the cache and moved it nearby
Accuracy ± 6 metres
Cache is a 400ml green container with original contents:
- alien eraser
- pocket-knife
- sun-visor sunglass holder
- water pistol
- logbook with stashnote inside, pencil and pencil sharpener
