The photo was taken from the posted coordinates, THE CACHE IS NOT THERE. Use the photo to solve the
puzzle. No special physical or mental skill is required to access
the cache, but solving the puzzle beforehand may be another story.
Good luck! NOTE: As of 11/7/2005 Virtual finds are not allowed.
(Don't bother asking!)
If you have a Mac, you'll run into some
difficulty with the solution. Email us and explain why this is a
problem and we'll provide a solution.

Got to find the clue in this photo to find the cache.
Eyes may not be enough.
Technology skills will be required.
A keen mind may be better than a keen eye with this photo.
Photos can contain more than just images when obvserved
properly.
Realize this and you'll solve the puzzle more easily!
Once you learn the trick in this puzzle, you'll think of photos in
a new way.
Gifs are one popular format for digital images.
Realize however, that this photo is not a gif.
Another photo format is tiff.
Many digital photos are made in the bmp format.
Now and then you'll even see one in png format.
Although these formats exist, you need not be too concerned with
them.
Many digital photos these days are another format.
Eyeball this jpg formatted photo, for instance.
Download it so you can really see what I am trying to help you
see.
Jpg happens to be one of my favorite digital photo formats.
Please, don't modify it or you'll destroy the clues!
Hidden in the photo is the cache location.
"In the photo" may take on a new meaning for you.
Don't believe everything you see.
Every so often, what you cannot see is more important.
Exactly what is in the photo?
X may mark the spot, or maybe not.
Trees, trucks, cars, pavement, poles, tools, pixels - any of these
may hold the clue you need.
Realize that there may be more than meets the eye.
Anyone can solve this one if they just try.
Come on now, don't give up!
The solution is in the photo!
The photo holds the key.
Hidden in the photo is the answer, but you must read this very
carefully first.
Evaluate the photo to find what you seek.
Solve the puzzle.
Once you do it you can find the cache.
Look carefully for the clue.
Under or over?
Top or bottom?
Inside or outside?
On or in?
North or south?
Front or back?
Rear or front?
One or two or three or...?
Mind over matter perhaps?
The cache contains a logsheet and standard Geocache notes
only.
Haven't found it yet?
Enough searching and you'll discover it.
Photo holds the answer.
Have to look for it there.
Overlooking something?
Try another angle perhaps.
Once you see it you'll get it, or vice versa.
Use your brain.
See with your mind and your eyes.
Ignore most of what I have written if you wish, you probably see
the answer by now anyway.
Now you should be seeing the solution develop.
Geocaching has helped you develop sophisticated searching skills,
use them!
Please bring a writing instrument along to sign the log
sheet.
A thorough look into these clues and the photo is all it
takes.
So are you getting the message?
Seeing more clearly now?
With the right approach you can do it.
Once you get it you might laugh!
Real close now.
Don't give up.

February 4 by Chrysalides (1036 found) OK I guess it is rather silly to post both a find and a DNF on the same day. Wasn't planning to come back today, but forgot to get something from the store, and it's nearby, so... On closer inspection, it is there after all, and quite out of sight actually despite the vegetation having been severely trimmed back. The object mentioned in the solution can no longer be found, but that shouldn't be a problem. Being as blind as me can be a problem though. Have been expecting this kind of puzzle but this is the first one I encountered. Thanks for the fun.

February 4 by Chrysalides (1036 found) Maybe there's something missing from my solution. I checked all 3 likely spots without success. Of course, I was relying on memory since I didn't have all the information with me. Will recheck and attempt some other time. TFTC.

January 10 by Abraxas (906 found) Success! After solving the puzzle previously, I failed to find the cache after much searching. After seeing a couple more people found the cache, I took a second look at the puzzle results tried again. Came up easily this time--my problem previously was not narrowing down the search options sufficiently for this micro. Thanks for an interesting puzzle. For me, the difficulty points were more definitely more on the find than the puzzle! Also had to wait around for the area to clear out in order to find the cache, and then again to replace it. Popular area today.

January 6 by kimgh (139 found) After taking a look once again at my puzzle solution, this was actually easy. TFTC!By the way, I'm actually surprised this was still there, since the foliage that presumably hid it from view is now gone. I didn't check to see whether it would be visible to a casual passer-by, but it seems like it might be. [This entry was edited by kimgh on Friday, January 08, 2010 at 8:34:05 AM.]

January 3 by kdka94086 (1020 found) Had a lot of fun with this one. It did not take long to solve, and the find was just where I expected it to be. Discovered something new in finding the puzzle solution also. TFTC.
