Geocache Description:

This one is an all-dayer or overnighter. You'll see lots of rocky country, some cows, coyotes and deer.

You can get to this cache on a quad, but you may have to do some homework on how to do it because of locked gates and difficult trails. I placed it there on horseback, it makes a great but long trail ride. If you access from the north on Hogsback road, you will have to climb down into the canyon to the south, cross Antelope Creek, and climb up the other side. Hogsback road is also a terrible non-recomended road, but it is navagatable. A great way to go is to camp somewhere in the area during spring time, Upper Slab, Payne Place is a good spot. Lower Slab at Fatch Place is also a great place and will get you much closer to the cache. Make sure you take lots of water in the Summer time, cause there aint no water anywhere except in the bottom of the canyon. Take a camera, the views are fantastic, you can look up the canyon almost as far as McClure Place, and the view into the valley is awsome. The cache is easy, but the terrain is nasty! Good Luck!

There is one good spot to cross the canyon, shoot me an email if ya need help with access. Have fun!

Congratulations are in order for anyone with enough "Go Getum!" to log this cache! Congrats to Cath_us_if_you_can, and Vader_Spade.

Additional Hints (Encrypt)

Its located in the crook of the only Juniper tree around on the north side of the trail
