Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in a cemetry in Carncastle. It's a little clear tupperware box.

The title of this cache comes from the tree growing in the middle of the graveyard (N54^53.564 W5^52.877) Apparently many years ago a Spanish sailor from one of the Armada boats was buried here. He must have had seeds in his pocket when he was buried and from his grave grew a chestnut tree, a Spanish variety not native to these shores.

Hope you enjoy looking for this one. There's a nice little pub here called the Meeting House, does a good bar lunch and the kids are welcome.
