Visible gas pumps like the ones manufactured by the American Pump and Oil Tank Co. were popular in the 1920's, but were soon replaced by electric pumps. They can still be found in museums and historic areas, and are often restored to their original condition.
Locate a visible gas pump like the one in the accompanying photo and post a picture with your GPSr and the coordinates. Any brand of gasoline is acceptable, but the pump must have an octagonal base topped by a clear cylinder and a glass globe. Posts that do not meet the requirements will be deleted.
Usual locationless cache rules apply - one "find" per geocacher, each location can be logged only once.
