This place really get's HOT on the weekends and is ON FIRE come St. Patricks Day.
Cache is located somewhere on the building within 30 feet of the coordinates. It is NOT along the west side of the building in the private parking lot.
The terrain is a flat, city side walk.
The cache contains a welcome notice and log only, no goodies. Must bring own Pen(cil).
