The cache is NOT at the above coordinates, but after years of research I have been able to determine the location of the hunting lodge described in the note. The coordinates posted are for that lodge, which is now in a public park. The actual cache must be close to there!
Please no hints or clues to those that haven't found it, this is a difficulty 5 it is supposed to be hard to find! That having been said,if you NEED a hand e-mail me and we'll see
After years of frustration I have finally given up. I am about to let you in on a little secret that has been passed down in my family for three generations.
You see, this secret came to my family in 1926 passed down from dying wise man. This man hid his treasure leaving only the following scroll to his wife to indicate its location. Unfortunately she was never able to locate it.
My grandfather went mad trying to find his treasure and passed this cipher on to my father, who passed it on to me with this one proviso, which I now share with you:
"Before giving this paper to you, I would say a word to those who may take an interest in it, and give them a little advice, acquired by bitter experience. It is, to devote only such time as can be spared from your legitimate business to the task, and if you can spare no time, let the matter alone. Should you disregard my advice, do not hold me responsible."
You Have Been Warned.
The cache is in an area frequented by geomuggles, please place the cache back *exactly* the way you found it and take caution not to disturb the surrounding area
UPDATE 08/05/2011 Replaced old leaky Lock and Lock container with new smaller cache container. There isn't really room for trade items but should be big enough for travel bugs ect.
