This cache is in the Peppercorn Recreation Area in Upton near
the Milford town line. Park at the coordinates listed below, just
off of Crockett Road (Reservoir Road turns into Crockett near the
Upton line). Trailhead coordinates are also listed below. The
trailhead is up the road (north) less than 100 yards on the left.
There is a Boy Scout wooden map at the trailhead entrance which is
a bit helpful, but beware of many unmarked side trails.
This is a very nice forest for a hike. Particularly nasty if you
attempt it as the crow flies.
Because of the rough terrain in the immediate area of the cache,
you may need a bit of patience to spot it. There's a lot of nooks
and crannies to search. Have fun!
