Warning - Thick blackberries may make
the approach to this spot extremely difficult as the summer
approaches. When I placed it in March, there was a path next
to the fence that was relatively free.
The bridge is all that's left indicating where the old tracks
once lay. Memory, what it is, let me recall that when I-90
was put into it's present route, it overroad parts of the route of
the old tracks. Thus the trail that now follows the track
from Snoqualmie Falls through Preston and into Issaquah is
interrupted between Preston and the High Point
interchange.
Although still strong enough to walk across, you won't need
to. Look for a very small lock-n-lock.
