Geocache Description:

A quick Cache in the Center of Milford.

After the original was lost, archived, then found... I pestered quiddler undelessly to un-archive the Cache. He politely declined, and so I have re-hidden the Cache in memory of his cache. (Original Container and Log book, I cant throw away a five year old log!) This is a new cache, so feel free to find and log as found again.

From the original Description:

This is a micro cache comprising a log only. It is contained in a modified container, hopefully muggles will not want to touch it when they see it.

Milford's Memorial Bridge commemorates the town's founders and Colonial leaders. Many of the family names inscribed on the stones live on in the city today.

There are a number of interesting artifacts incorporated in the memorial, such as a millstone from the first mill in the colony of Connecticut and the door step of a colonial governour (sic).

The tower at Daniel Street is to Milford as the Gateway Arch is to St. Louis. However, there are no elevators to transport tourists to the top of the tower as there are at the Arch.

This is a very public place. Discretion will be needed when hunting for, retrieving, and replacing the cache. Please take care to replace the cache exactly as you found it.
