The cache is in the area of the Pennypack Trust, so the cache name is a play on words. It is also a familiar saying, especially in Hollywood. You can trust me to provide you with an excruciating, uh, I mean an exhilarating experience. Yeah, exhilarating, that's it.
There are three stages. The first is close to the parking area, which has room for five cars, and is located where the trail crosses the road. The trail is the boundary between the Trust land and private, posted property. The Trust land goes downhill toward the creek, and appears subject to heavy flooding. Uphill from the trail is posted land, which is unfortunate, since this area is a lot more interesting from a caching perspective.
After the second stage, follow the trail and your caching sense, not your GPS, which will probably direct you up into posted land.
The final has a log, pencil, trinkets and a prize for FTF. I provided you with three stages. Don't tell me that you also want hints! Have a nice, scenic walk.
