Extensive wooded area of rural community college campus.
[ On a recent maintenance visit ( August 29, 2010), I noticed that about a third if the magnificent Ancient One had collapsed --
really sad.]
This cache was placed to commemerate the 40th anniversary of Mid-Michigan Community College's move to the Harrison Campus.
The beautifully wooded campus is located on a 560 acre site at the intersection of Old 27 and Mannsiding Road, just east of Exit 168 from M-127 Freeway.
Weekdays, the recommended approach is the south entrance off Mannsiding Road following a half-mile paved drive to the four seasons, groomed Nature Trails. Parking at the north end of M-TEC Building, across from the trail head
