Geocache Description:

Oh No not another Micro!!! Yeap sure is and it's a nano cache. Located near The old Yates Drug store and Hospital.

Visit us at www.msga.net - Home of the Mississippi Geocachers Association

Built in 1906 when the Railroad came to town. The Yates building has housed various bussinesses until 1923 when DR Claud Yates purchased it and opened a Drug store. In 1927 a second floor was added to the building creating The Yates Hospital. The hospital closed in 1953 when Dr Claud Yates passed away. The drug store closed in 1990. In 2000 George Yates opened the store as "Ye Ole Drugstore Deli. Customers can step back to the early days of the 20th century with authentic cabinetry/fixtures and enjoy the Old Drugstore sandwhiches and fountain." (Taken from store menu) This is a piece of history to the area as many older citizens of the area were born and or treated in the hospital. You are looking for my first nano cache container. If you don't know what a Nano cache is well lets just say it's tiny, very tiny. Only holding a log slip of paper so bring your own pen. Please replace the log the same way it came out. Use maxium stealth as this is a high traffic area. Have fun....
