Geocache Description:

One of five caches placed on Chorleywood House estate, which is a fantastic open space close to where youngest High Beeches plays football. Nice and easy, with good parkign nearby

With many thanks to Three rivers district council and the friends of Chorleywood House Estate for their co-operation. We've decided to place some caches on Chorleywood House Estate, partly because it is very accesible, and partly because it is one of our favourite places. There are plenty of easy walks to take the children on - if taking a buggy you'd need a three-wheeler. parking is easy - but on a Saturday morning it is very busy on account of the very active Chorleywood Common Youth Football teams practising - jumpers for goalposts etc....
This cache is placed in a convenient spot near a fantastic view. If visiting in springtime, be sure to take a good look at the trees that give 'Pink Chestnut Avenue' its name.
