The date is fixed! Tues 20th May =)
So! We were roped into supplying the May leg of the Oxfordshire
mob's monthly meet!
The Red Cow is a nice village pub, with a good local "fanbase" A
selection of drinks is on tap, and the food is brilliant! 01010010
will be graciously serving your food, whilst 01001010 will be
eating it all! Tuesday night is designated curry night, although
I'm told both the normal evening and possibly the lunch menu will
be available. If you are planning to eat could you please let us
know, so that I can forewarn the chef!
There is a good sized beer garden for geodogs and tots to run
around in, and both are permitted inside the pub, so long as they
are kept under control! (There are two resident pooches, and a
local regular greyhound who will all probably want to say
hello!)
There are some caches being placed to go live on the day, to
provide entertainment either before, or during the event, I'll
place an update as to the weather closer to the date, for info on
appropriate footwear!
Both 01001010 and 01010010 should be present from 7pm
onwards.
Attendees are requested to make their own
name badges, for to help the more ditsy members of the caching
community.
