Deception Falls Cache Traditional Geocache

An easy walk through a pretty forest. Park at the nice parking lot
for Deception falls on Hwy 2, East of Skykomish, West of the pass.
After seeing the falls, hike the loop trail to its western most
area, just across the stream. The cache is a smaller tupperware
container. Original contents were: 3"tapemeasure/keychain Whistle
camping bag set small pocket knife This cache is difficult to find
due to generally poor reception, so I will leave a good clue.
Update: Oct 9 2003. Checked on this cache today, replaced the log
and added some trade items. Was pleased to see the USFS Skykomish
fire crew had logged their first geocache here! Update: Sept. 21
2005. I went yesterday and replaced the missing cache with a new
improved geocache. I also relocated the new cache to a better spot
about 15 feet away.
