Geocache Description:

Igusa Hachimangu is a rather big shrine located along the Ohme Kaido. A lot of people visit this shrine on New Year's days. It is also famous for a horseback archery taking place every 5 years.

The cache is a small plastic box placed inside the shrine ground, so be careful of the opening hours. The gates are open approximately 6AM-4PM in winter, 5AM-6PM in summer.

井草八幡宮は青梅街道沿いにある比較的に大きな神社です。初詣にはたくさんの人がお参りします。５年に一度行われる流鏑馬も有名です。キャッシュは10cm位のプラスチックの箱で、井草八幡宮の境内の中に設置しました。開門/閉門時間に注意してください。宮司さんの話では、日出とともに開門し、日没に合わせて閉門するそうです。冬は6AM-4PMごろ、夏は5AM-6PMごろ。
