Good satellite reception and the cache is not difficult to get to. Parking is right off the road and near the cache.
This is a camoed pill bottle. The area gives you a nice view of the surrounding hills and Muggles should not be a problem as there was no one around when placing the cache. However mjp303 reported many muggles so keep your eyes open.
