An easy cache to commemorate our 2nd Wedding Anniversary.
This cache is very special to us since we hid it at the same place where we got married 2 years ago to the day :) It is inside the park at the Old Hidalgo Pumphouse. We recieved permision from the current manager to hide it and the grounds are always open so you should be able to access no problem. The least muggle traffic is after 6pm M-F and on the weekends but you will probably encounter photographers.
Enjoy the view of the birds and butterflies while you hunt for our cache. It is a wood-grain covered pencil box with several of our sunflowers and some other goodies and even a TB we found in other caches.
This cache is very near the border wall but you will still be in Texas. You'll need to park up top and walk below ;)
