A regular cache hidden is Stanmore Common
The cache, a small clear plastic container, is hidden in the grounds of Stanmore Common, near the Bristish Aerospace research facility.
The BAe Systems site in Stanmore, hidden along a quiet road in the middle of Stanmore Common, has been engaged in electronic warfare work for over 40 years.
The Stanmore site is engaged in electronic warfare research and production. It is currently part of BAe's avionics division and is engaged in EW research, design and production. Mostly, as far as we can tell the work that is undertaken there is to do with electronic sensors and radar, electronic targeting systems, electronic jamming and missile warning systems.
Recommended parking for this and the ‘Priory’ caches is at 51°37.743'N, 0°19.427'W
