Geocache Description:

Located in Chancellor Park of Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
DO NOT PARK ALONG NEARBY STATE ROADS! Hours: 8 AM to Dusk.
Enter Chancellor Park by using the Harrison Road Convenience Center. Turn into the Convenience (dump) Center, 5917 Harrison Road, then take an immediate right and follow the paved road to the parking lot just before the culdesac. Trail begins at the culdesac and leads down the hill to the right.

The Rules and Regulations of Chancellor Park are as follows:

1. No Motor Vehicles.
2. No Littering allowed. (Cache-in, Trash Out Encouraged)
3. Keep right of center line while using trail.
4. No Parking along state roads to access trail.
5. Violators will be prosecuted.

Dogs allowed but must be on leash no longer than six feet.

This trail can be busy so please be careful when removing and replacing the cache.
Please cover with leaves after replacing the cache. Benches are located for your use along the YELLOW LINE!

This cache is being placed at the time of the removal of the Embry Dam (2/23/2004) on the Rappahannock River a few miles away. Look for the Crib Dam Memorial - First to Find Award!
