Easy parking and you shouldn't have to much problem reaching the cache

I placed this cache to fulfill the "Quid Pro Quo" rules. It CAPPED off another day of caching. Although I do live in northern CA I thought I would give it a go with one of my own in Oregon. After all we are all members of the great state of Jefferson.
