Fourth in the series, but only one of two that still exist. This series highlights solitary trees that are dead but still standing.
You should see this one from some distance, but it may appear to be a telephone pole at first glance. If you have a decent high clearance vehicle, you can park less than 100 feet awyay. Otherwise, you can park just inside the gate and walk about 400 feet.
The subject of the cache is actually the home to a nest of wasps. They were "asleep" everytime I visited, but I could see them inside. For that reason, I put the cache into what is left of a nearby subject that is NOT STILL STANDING.
