Geocache Description:

On the Setauket-Port Jeff Greenway Trail for hikers and bikers (no motorized vehicles). The trail starting point and parking is on Gnarled Hollow Road just south of the railroad trestle (N40 55.832 W73 05.935). The trail loops through the woods and crosses Gnarled Hollow Road, so if you're coming from the south you will see the pedestrian crosswalk. Don't stop there, the parking lot is a little further up the road.

[THE CORRECT COORDINATES ARE
N 40 55.672 W 073 05.458 which is just south of that road loop the marker is sitting on in the current map. I'm in the process of having the coordinates officially changed. If these coordinates match the official coordinates then the map will show the correct placement and you can ignore this comment.]

Sixth in a series of 12 Dime a Dozen minicaches to be placed in the northeast. Cache is a camo waterproof match container.

These are Dime a Dozen because about the only things that can fit in the container besides the logbook are dimes.

IF YOU FIND IT, PLEASE EITHER TAKE A DIME OR LEAVE A DIME. IF YOU GET THERE AND THERE'S NOTHING IN IT THEN YOU LOSE, YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A DIME! (Just kidding, there are no cache police around to make sure you put a dime in.)

This cache is NOT in somebody's back yard so please don't climb over fences or go onto private property. Trail is open from dawn to dusk.
