The goldfields track stretches from Buninyong in the south to Bendigo in the north and is a distance of 210km. This section here is popular with mountain bike riders and a fantastic 1 hour (approx) ride is to start at Cosgroves Reservoir and follow the track all the way into Creswick. This is the second of Wakkatoo's caches to be placed along this fun little ride, with more to follow soon.
There is room for swaps and a pen was provided when the cache was placed.
Please take care in this area when venturing off the track. Because it has been heavily mined in the past, old mine shafts do exist in the area.
