It is said that if you have any 3 points you can draw a perfect circle that will have all 3 points on its circumference (unless the points are in a straight line). So let's put it to the test!
'Circle's Centre' is a cache located at the centre of the circle that has on its circumference the final coordinates of the following 3 caches - Bug Off, Tourist Tours and Torture Time.
May as well ignore the starting coords as they are pretty well irrelevant (actually they point to the federal parliament which is itself at the centre of concentric circles of various kinds). Now a film canister.
You can make good use of the distance feature of your GPSr to find this one. Just guess a rough position, go there and see how far you are from each of the 3 caches. Move in a direction towards the longest distance and away from the shortest then check again - when the distance to each is the same, you are at the cache.
