A beautiful vista overlooking the Berkshires and Taconics
This cache can be approached from several directions and parking is readily available within .3 miles. The approach is either uphill or downhill, through the woods or in the open. You'll have to go through a gate or two. Watch out for wild bovids and their refuse. This area is frequently visited for the beautiful view it offers -- plenty of day hikers, cross-country runners, snowshoers, and dog walkers. The cache is out in the open, but well hidden. There is a track that passes within about 10 yards of the hiding place. Be sure to hide it well again when you leave.
