Well I have to thank everyone who attended for allowing such a great show of support for Geocaching in Queensland. The game might not have ran out as smoothly as planned but I am sure everyone had fun and got to meet some of the other people behind the caches you have all been finding in and around Brisbane and the greater Queensland area.

I look forward to meeting you all again at the next Queensland Geocaching event.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Queensland Geocaching Spring Picnic 2004

Who: All Geocachers, All Experience Levels
What: Queensland Geocachers Spring Picnic 2004 cache event with BYO Lunch afterwards.
When: Sunday 10th October 2004, 9:30AM Meet, 10:10AM Start, 12:00PM Lunch
Where: Daisy Hill State Forest, Daisy Hill Road, Daisy Hill.

NOTE: Co-ords above are for the entrance to the park.

Comms: UHF Channel 15, 476.775MHz.

Details for the cache hunt are a surprise and will only be released on the day.

We do however need to know who is reasonably certain that they will be able to attend so we know approximately how many people we need to plan ahead for.

Please submit a note advising us if you will be attending or if you wont be able to make it.
