Of course you can spell Geocache!
This is a fun challenge to encourage you to collect different cache type icons.
The challenge is to find and log a cache starting with each of the letters
in the word G-E-O-C-A-C-H-E
The Rules:
1. Each cache must be a DIFFERENT cache type (yes, that would be 8 icons)
2. You may only use a cache once (yup, 2 "C" and 2 "E" caches)
3. Caches may be located anywhere in the world
4. All previous finds count
5. If a cache starts with a "the" you may not use it.
6. If a cache starts with a number, you may not use it.
7. You may only post a "found" log when you have met the challenge AND have signed the physical log book.
8. You may NOT use this cache for one of the letters
I have borrowed this challenge from a similar one in Ottawa (see it in my list below).
I would say that no new caches will count but we can always use more of the "less popular" cache types.
As an example, I have qualified with the following caches:
G ~ Groundspeak Headquarters GCK25B
E ~ Escape from Alcatraz GCF7A2 - Virtual
O ~ Outdoor Art #4 GC3D3VX - Multi
C ~ Challenge: Can You Spell Ottawa GC32HJR - Unknown
A ~ A Walking History of Railroad Ave GC39A5C - Wherigo
C ~ Christmas Tree GC21MKH - Traditional
H ~ Hogwarts - The Whomping Willow GC1GD7M - Letterbox
E ~ Encounter @ the Totem Poles GC3CJ3M - Event
Please post a list similar to this in your found log.
HAVE FUN - HAPPY CACHING!
