The Last Great Race on Earth! The Iditarod is a yearly feature of Alaskan life, and marks the drawing down of winter and the soon-to-be lengthening days of spring. What better place for a cache than Iditarod Headquarters - especially one that's big enough for most TBs?. What TB owner wouldn't want a photo of their little traveler at Iditarod HQ?
Park in the Headquarters parking lot and either cut through the woods, or go out to Endeavor St. and come in on the 4-wheeler powerline trail. Please replace the container in the camo as you found it. And if you want to stop by the Headquarters gift shop, say hi to Rose, who is one of my long-time friends and the employee who gave permission for this cache and suggested it's placement.
