You shouldn't have any problem with terrain as it is bumpy but flat and really no noxious weeds or things near the cache. Probably not wheelchair accessible so the terrain rating of 1.5
The cache is in a great location to watch the river traffic, marina traffic or just sit around and enjoy the peace of watching the day float by. There shouldn't be too much of a problem with muggles. The careful cacher should be able to get the cache and carefully replace it without notice. Well, I was wrong. It's disappeared twice now. Third time's the charm, I hope.
