Geocache Description:

This easy cache is located in Lynches River County Park. Terrain is flat but will require about 1.25 mile walk roundtrip. Handicap accessible to within 30 feet of cache.
Park hours are 9am-sunset year round.

Cache is in a large ammo can and covered with sticks and pine needles.

Cache is located about 30 feet off a gated forest road that is being reclaimed by the forest. If you continue beyond the cache to the end of the road you will find a sandy beach on the river. You must climb down a short steep hill to reach the beach.

Be sure to check out the nice boardwalk and nature trail and search for the other cache hidden nearby in the park. Bring a picnic and let the kids play on the playground when you are done. Just don't forget the bug spray.

Cache was placed with the permission of park superintendent Joe Ross. Happy hunting!
