Coordinates reflect a small move from the original location. I wanted something a little closer to the trail since ticks are so prevalent. Also, the original container was getting a little worse for wear and had to be replaced. The container was made smaller and now only contains a log so BYOP. The contents have been placed in the cache mentioned above.
There are several access points to the Hyde Park Nature Preserve. The best choice is a new lot at the end of Terwilliger Rd. (see coords below). A kiosk is placed there with information about the trail network. Trails are open from dawn to dusk. Details of the trails can be found at this link.
